1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any order placed on this website shall be subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Any purchase implies that the customer has read these conditions beforehand, accepts them without reservation, and has the legal capacity to place an order. The sales contract for any item purchased on the website consists of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase, along with the order confirmation received by the customer via email.
2. Orders
Any order confirmed by the customer through a “Double-Click” (Law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures), as well as the entry of personal details and banking information, constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the terms of sale and validates the transaction. An order confirmation will be sent by email. Once the order is validated, another email will be sent once the goods have been dispatched. The information recorded on our site constitutes proof of transactions between us and our buyers. The data recorded by our bank’s payment system constitutes proof of the financial transaction.
3. Prices
All prices indicated on our website are expressed in euros. Any order, regardless of its origin, must be paid in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
4. Payment Methods
In partnership with Société Générale, payments are secure and processed by credit card via one of the following systems:

PayPal: 4x installment payments by credit card
Your banking data remains confidential and is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system. This data will never be transmitted to FRDV and will remain on the secure servers of Société Générale or PayPal. For credit card payments, the cardholder’s account will be debited upon shipment of the order.
5. Product Information
All items offered comply with French legislation. The photographs illustrating the products are non-contractual.
6. Availability of Products
Products and prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on our website and while stocks last. Orders are processed within a maximum of twelve business days.
7. Delivery

Timeframe (business days): Orders are shipped within an average of 3 to 5 days after validation and usually delivered within 7 to 10 days.

Shipments via La Poste services

For overseas and international shipments, delivery time depends on carriers and intermediaries.

For mainland France deliveries, if the recipient is absent, a delivery notice will be left in the customer’s mailbox, and the parcel can be collected from the post office. Once the order is handed over to La Poste, the parcel number is entered into the database and the customer can access it from their account, along with a tracking link.
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately check the condition of the parcels and, if necessary, make any relevant claims directly with the carrier, confirmed by registered letter within three days, specifying the damages observed.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay any applicable taxes, customs duties, and other charges according to the laws of the destination country.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of goods to return them for exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Return Conditions: Goods must be complete with all accessories, in their original packaging, and unused.

Contact us by email or phone to obtain a “return number” to include with the returned parcel.

Include the invoice number and desired changes (size, color, model) on the delivery slip inside the return parcel.

Refund: Goods must be returned within 14 days under the conditions above. Refunds will be issued by credit to the customer’s credit card or PayPal account, or by check issued to the billing name and address, within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be refunded.

Exchange: Goods must be returned within 7 days under the conditions above. Return shipping costs and reshipping of replacement goods are at the customer’s expense. Exchanges will be completed within 30 days. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be exchanged.
9. Warranty
All our items are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
10. Ownership of Goods
The goods remain the full property of our company until payment is received in full. Shipment takes place after payment, at which point the risks are transferred to the customer. The customer must check the condition of goods upon delivery and make any necessary claims with the carrier.
11. Governing Law
This contract is governed by French law. The contract language is French. Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of this contract shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
12. Data Protection
The information collected is processed electronically for our internal management and to fulfill customer orders. It may also be used to send promotional offers or inform customers of seasonal news. Under no circumstances will this data be shared with third parties.
